0.14.0 — Real cooldowns shared: instead of the tables' base value, each client reads its actual cooldown at cast time (NS.RealCooldown → C_Spell.GetSpellCooldown/GetSpellCharges, talents + charges + haste applied) and broadcasts that to friends, for both kicks and cooldowns. Everyone therefore sees each player's real cooldown; the table is now only a fallback if the read fails.
