- support for WoW 5.x, including the entire MoP expansion
- support for WoW 5.x micro dungeon maps
- deal with dungeon maps with "hidden" floors (introduced in build 15929)
-- the user should not notice the difference here, such maps will accept both 0 and 1 for the floor number and behave correctly

Continent mappings to the world map are not currently precisely, but should serve as "good enough" for most, if not all, cases.
