v5.1 Changes:
NEW:
Added the option for negative values for X and Y offsets for icons. This means you are free to move icons wherever on your nameplates that suit you!
NEW:
Added logic to enable addon to work on training dummies (including out of combat so you can setup your icons as you see fit regardless of combat status) when they are targeted (up to 40 yards from player). Game handles training dummies a bit weird as they are never in 'actual' active combat with the player which is why the previous logic did not work on them. This solves this issue and allows users to also adjust their display preferences in town and out of combat as they see fit!
