Added new Calendar promoting system. I couldn't get it to work exactly how I wanted it to work, but it works all the same.
With the new Calendar system, I thought some people might not like it so I've also added a command to turn it on and off.

new command, '/assistmecalendar' or '/amcalendar'

Updated menu to give details of: 1. If the Calendar system is enable/dsiable; 2. Which AssistList is in current use.

Changed a few things, moved things about, tried and failed to neaten up code for myself :)
Changed Variables once again.
You are now able to switch between two lists. One global list that is saved for your account to use, the other is just for your character. Each character can obviously have their own list :) will help for accounts with characters on multiple realms or other reasons i can't think of!

When you have previously disabled the Calendar Promotion system, then re-enabled it. The first event you open up after that, that has people needing promoted - AssistMe will double/triple Spam the promotion xD - but this only occurs for the first event after you enable, and only occurs if previously disbaled!.

Not got a clue why! if you can work it out! let me know xD
