Quality Of Life Updates

- Added the ability to close minimap icon menu with either pressing escape or clicking the icon again
- Added new slash command (/ver) to show the version of AOTH you are running

- System reporting twice after taming a pet both pet tamed and pet already tamed
- Removed Dot the camel from showing as tameable
- map pins showing as green squares now show as correct icon
- Fixed error when hovering certain icons on the map
- Fixed issue where Quillens were renamed to Stone Hounds and now they display the right icon
- Fixed Rare alert frame from showing in combat and cleaned up the code
- Fixed Rare target feature from targetting player pets
