Fixed LUA error spam on WoW 12.1.0
Details: Patch 12.1.0 broke the bundled LibCustomGlow library and caused an error every time a glow appeared.
Changes:
- Updated LibCustomGlow-1.0 to the latest version which fixes this issue
- Updated the addon for 12.1.0 support (Interface: 120100)
