Ash Cooldown Manager Tweaks

ACMT complements Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager by allowing you to enable a variety of additional customizations. The goal of this addon is to provide better visibility on those important spells that you need to monitor during combat.

Bug Fix:
Resolved an issue causing glows on tracked buffs to sometimes appear in the wrong location when tracked buffs were set to growth directions other than the Static (default) . Glows on tracked buffs should now consistently appear on the tracked buff icon.

New Functionality:
By default, all glows and notifications are only enabled in combat. However, a new 'Global Settings' page has been added which provides the option to override this behavior.

UX Improvements:
Alert Sounds no longer need to be enabled via a checkbox. Simply select a sound effect to use, or choose 'No Sound' to disable sounds for that spell.
Improved menu readability by adjusting spacing between and using coloured text on certain elements.
