Support your guild by settinig aside a percentage of money earned and automatically depositing it into your Guild Bank!

- New workflow for publishing releases to CurseForge
- User can configure the Tithe percentage to collect and from what in-game events (i.e. Quests, Vendor, Mailbox)
- Opening the Guild Bank auto deposits the tithe if the "auto deposit" option is set
- There is a history of deposits with a total you have donated to the guild
