Asgard's Guild Fellowship
Know who you're talking to, even when they're on an alt.
Asgard's Guild Fellowship groups your guild's characters by the person who plays them: one main, all their alts, and an optional alias (the name they like to be called). It reads this from public guild notes. Add a short marker to each alt's note and the add-on does the rest.
Works on WoW Forever and WoW Retail.
Features
- Fellowship roster: every player with their main and alts grouped together. Search by name or alias, or show only who's online.
- Chat tags: in guild chat, officer chat, and guild achievements, alts are tagged with the player's alias or main name:
[Mjolnir] [Thunderer]: anyone up for a dungeon? - Automatic scanning: reads guild notes at login and picks up new members as they join. It never changes your guild notes.
- You stay in control: right-click anyone in the roster to fix their main or alias. If a note later disagrees with your roster, it waits in a conflict queue for you to accept or reject instead of overwriting your changes.
- Remembers departures: members who leave are kept out of sight, and rejoin their player automatically if they come back.
Getting Started
- Install the add-on and log in.
- Add markers to your guild's public notes (see below).
- Open the roster with
/agf, the minimap button, or the Guild Fellowship button in the guild window.
Guild Note Format
Markers can go anywhere in the public note, alongside anything else that's there.
| Put on | Full form | Short form | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Each alt | Main: Odinson |

- No alias? Leave the main's note alone.
- WoW Forever: use the full name (
>Thor Odinson), or just the first name (>Thor) if no one else in the guild shares it. - Retail: use the character name. The realm is optional.
- Aliases in notes are one word. Longer aliases (up to 48 characters) can be set in the roster window.
