A little reminder tool that reminds you if you can spend artifact power for new artifact traits. It will remind you on login, when you change an equipped item or when you gain artifact power, and every 10 minutes again until you finally spend your power! ;)
Works for all languages, but the warning message will always be displayed in English.
There are no options to set and no slash commands to process.
