Lets you quickly save your currently set talent as a loadout on the right of the talent pane.
You can set icon + name, choosing a raidboss icon auto sets the name for you, if you havent set one yet.
Make groups, like m+ builds, raid builds, drag and drop loadouts you made into them or sort them inside the groups.
Overwrite ones you want to update by right-clicking the loadout and clicking the option to overwrite.
Double-click a loadout to switch to it.
This does NOT behave in the same way default blizzard loadouts work, in that they would save keybinds as well.
Saves only talents for now.
You can also access loadouts on other characters of the same class, no net to copy them over.
