Initial release – Arms Warrior Combat HUD

🎯 Features:

• Displays 8 key Arms Warrior abilities:
• Mortal Strike, Rend, Cleave, Battle Shout, Overpower, Heroic Strike, Execute, Victory Rush
• Abilities are shown in a centered 2-row layout just below the player
• Icons fade out (low opacity) when unusable due to rage
• Cooldown swipe shown for each ability
• Global cooldown (GCD) swipe applied to all icons when any ability is used
• Icons flash briefly when their cooldown resets
