Compact interface update for TBC Anniversary 2.5.6.

- Rebuilt the combat view around one large primary icon with compact stance, Heroic Strike/Cleave queue, cooldown, and trinket icons.
- Removed permanent ability names, decision reasons, stance/queue labels, cooldown names, and swing-time numbers during combat.
- Hover the primary icon for the full reason, target mode, Rage, swing timing, queue advice, and required stance.
- The thin teal swing strip turns orange for a valid post-swing Slam.
- Right-click the primary icon to cycle Automatic, Single, and AoE modes.
- Restyled the settings panel with a clean dark/teal layout and live status summary.
- Rotation behavior is unchanged and all 34 deterministic priority checks pass.
- Privacy-safe 60-second diagnostic reports remain available for feedback.
