Never mistakenly equip the wrong armor type again. Quickly see an extra line in gear tooltips, when it's an armor type that your class shouldn't wear!

- It seems, a few days ago Blizz is storing [Secret_Values] in tooltips of simple items, which makes zero sense, occasionally causing an error for many Tooltip addons. An edit hopefully prevents this from now on, (already have an alternative way in mind if it comes back).
- Brand new logic to find [ItemID], which fixes the Cloth items not getting the warning text attached. Only downside is Capes can't be ignored now, so they will always get the warning. I've tried multiple solutions, but none seems to work. This is a small inconvenience.
