### 🌌 Expansion & Compatibility Updates

* **Midnight (12.0) Support**: Updated the expansion table and set default current expansion major version to `12` (*Midnight*).

* **Patch 12.1.5 Ready**: Updated `.toc` interface build tag to `120105` for WoW: Midnight Patch 12.1.5.

### 🛠️ Rule & Fallback Enhancements

* **Smart Fallback Handling**: Items lacking data in the `ItemVersion` API are automatically assigned a synthetic fallback version and treated as current expansion items (`CURRENT_EXPANSION_MAJOR = 12`).

* **New Utility Rule**: Added `fallbackitem()` rule to easily identify or group unindexed items.

* **Updated Expansion Rules**:
* `miditem()` / `currentexpitem()` → Checks for *Midnight* (Major 12) items.

* `expansionrange(min, max)` → Filter items dynamically across expansion major ranges.

### 💻 Developer & Diagnostic Commands

* Enhanced `/iv` diagnostic slash command:

* `/iv <itemID>`: Inspect an item's detected expansion, exact build string, and fallback status.

* `/iv rules`: Output active registration checks across all expansion and utility functions.

* `/iv list`: List all registered expansion majors and short-code rule triggers.
