Replaces the "Best Rating" column of the MoP PVP UI with your color-coded current ladder spot.
Adds losses to the UI aswell.

The color-coding comes by matching the current emblem from the old PVPFrame, which uses the pre-MoP cutoff system, so it isn't accurate to the real cutoffs.

RBGs are not supported.
