ArenaLive [UnitFrames] is an unit frame addon that is based on the ArenaLive Spectator UI. Apart from raid boss frames, all necessary frames are included.

My unit frames are visible, even if I have no target / I am not in a party and display players that do not exist. How can I fix that? You probably just forgot to turn on "Frame Lock" in ArenaLive's option menu. The unit frames are filled with (imaginary) test values while being unlocked, to make setting their appearance up easier. To activate frame lock, just check the check button in ArenaLive's option menu.

How do I disable the default arena target frames? You'll have to switch them off in Blizzard's regular interface menu. Go to: ESC -> Interface -> Unit Frames and uncheck the "Arena Enemy Frames" checkbutton.

How do I disable the default party member frames? These have to be disabled in Blizzard's interface menu. Go to: ESC -> Interface -> Raid Profiles. On the top right corner of the raid profile menu, there is a checkbutton titled "Use Raid-Style Party Frames", check it. After that you'll be able to hide them in Blizzard's raid frame side bar, just like the regular raid frames.

Features:

Portrait:

Portrait Types: 2D portrait, 3D portrait or the class icon.
Overlay that shows current CC on the unit or particular CDs the unit uses.

Dynamic Icons:

Two dynamic icons per frame.
Every icon can have a fallback type if the main type is not available for a unit.
Icon types: class, race, specialisation (only for player and arena targets), pvp-trinket, racial ability, interrupt, dispel, reaction.

Healthbar:

Colour Modes: simple green, class, smooth, reaction.
Absorb Bars.
Heal Prediction Bars.

Statusbar Text:

Set the status bar text yourself using certain aliases for the following things:

Full Max Value: %MAX%
Abbreviated Max Value: %MAX_SHORT%
Full Current Value: %CURR%
Abbreviated Max Value: %CURR_SHORT%
Health Percentage with 2 decimal digits: %PERCENT%
Health Percantage without decimal digits: %PERCENT_SHORT%

Castbar:

Indicates if a cast is uninterruptable (cast bar turns blue).
Indicates if a cast was successfully interrupted (castbar text will show "Lockout! (<spellSchool>)".

CastHistory:

Shows the last spells/attacks a unit used.
Up to 9 icons can be shown simultaneously.
