Skirmish Rating Display

Integrated with https://arena-ranked.fun/. Have you ever wondered if skirmish rating exists? Or maybe you would even like to track it? This addon will help you with this, it shows skirmish rating data right in the tooltip so there's no need to target other players to learn their skirmish rating. it also shows skirmish statistics and win ratio. SIt also works with any localization.

How to use:

Just mouseover someone whose rating you want to learn and it will be displayed in their tooltip. In order to force someone's tooltip data to update shift+hover over needed character (works with ctrl and alt modifiers as well).
