Areko:
    - Don't forget to use locale strings and not static ones..
    - Small tweak to BattleTag list command
    - Add a command to list the BattleTags of your Battle.net Friends
    Use '/ag bn' or '/ag bn all'
    - Small code clean up
    - Changed filtering functions to be less confusing and more debug-able
    Filtered message are picked first when all names match.
    After that, message where have no filter will be chosen when any or
    filtered message (message with the most matches will be chosen first).
    - Add the Battle.net Tag feature
    You can now use BattleTags to filter for who the message is.
