0.9.9 — Mage proc alerts

• New movable row of round spell icons with action callouts, charges, and readable timers for Clearcasting, Missile Barrage, Fingers of Frost, Heating Up, Arcane Blast, Winter's Chill, and your own Ignite.
• Bright gold halos, gold stack numbers, and MAX STACKS labels make fully stacked effects obvious.
• Individual visibility and sound controls, four original sounds, and sound previews under /arc procs. Heating Up alerts at 3 stacks; Arcane Blast at 4; Winter's Chill at 5.
• Test effects without learning the talents: /arc procs test shows them together; /arc procs stop ends the preview. The settings panel also tests gains, stacks, consumption, and expiration. Tests stop after 30 seconds or entering combat.
• Personal Ignite replaces the old shared stack display and now uses a reliable fire icon.
• Remove Wake of Fire following its removal in the current beta.
• Protected combat aura information is never guessed. Unavailable aura data may prevent live detection, stack highlights, or timers; test mode checks presentation only.
• Keep Support last in the options list.

Beta for WoW: Forever 1.60.1. Existing settings are preserved.
