Yes! The addon has been tested within Heroic instances, world, and Delve instances.
Due to how Blizzard handles certain variables in these instances, issues may arise if using in Mythic+ after a key is placed. I recommend disabling the addon prior to entering a Mythic+, at least before the key is inserted, until I can confirm compatibility.
