- Implemented frame scaling. It is now possible to make the ArcaneHelper frame much larger or much smaller. This is done with a slider in the config page.

- Implemented ArcaneHelper to work with WoD. This included changes to API calls and changes to the logic surrounding cooldown notifications. Basically, ArcaneHelper should assist in knowing when to burn and when to conserve mana, much as it did in Cataclysm.

- Bumped the WoW version to 6.0. At this time, I am making no further changes. It is likely that prior to the release of Warlords of Draenor, I will evaluate the current state of the addon and spec, and determine if the spec has use for such an addon. During this time, anyone with any thoughts as to what I should do with the addon should post a comment on Curse. I welcome any and all constructive comments!
