ArcUI v3.5.3 Changelog
New Features
Secondary Resource Bars
- 4 display styles for Combo Points, Runes, Soul Shards, Holy Power, Chi, Arcane Charges, Essence, and more:
- Continuous — Single fill bar with optional At Max color and threshold coloring
- Segmented — Colored segments per point with configurable gaps and up to 3 color ranges
- Fragmented — Independent bars per point with their own background, border, fill direction, and cooldown text — great for Runes and Essence
- Icons — Individual icons per point with Row or Freeform layout
- Full vertical orientation support across all styles with correct tick marks and reverse fill
- Animacharged Combo Point highlighting in all display styles
- Active Count Colors (opt-in) for Segmented, Fragmented, and Icons — up to 3 conditions that recolor active segments based on current count (e.g. "at 3+ combo points turn yellow, at max turn green")
- Spec-aware default colors — Rune colors match your DK spec; Essence defaults to Evoker emerald
- Druid Combo Points — all Druid specs can now track Combo Points (pair with Show in Forms → Cat Form)
- Maelstrom Weapon — Enhancement Shamans can track Maelstrom Weapon stacks as a secondary resource
- Soul Fragments (Vengeance) — properly tracks Soul Cleave fragment count
- Soul Fragments (Devourer) — tracks Devourer hero spec fragments with dynamic max based on Soul Glutton talent
- Auto Charging Color — optional toggle that automatically dims each segment's ready color for the charging state, so charging colors stay in sync when you change your palette
- Cooldown Text Offsets — X/Y offset sliders for cooldown text on Fragmented segments and Icons
- Cooldown Text Size — adjustable font size for Icons cooldown text (previously fixed at 12px)
- Freeform Index Labels — icons in Freeform layout show numbered labels (1, 2, 3…) while the options panel is open for easier arrangement
- Druid Form Visibility — show or hide resource bars per shapeshift form (Cat, Bear, Moonkin, Travel, Tree)
22 Visibility Conditions — Now Across All Bar Types
- 7 new conditions added to CDM Groups: No Target, Has Target, Not Casting, While Casting, Stealthed, Flying, Swimming
- All event-driven with no polling overhead
- "Hide When..." multiselect now available on Tracking Bars, Cooldown Bars, Charge Bars, Duration Bars, and Resource Bars — replacing the old "Hide Out of Combat" toggle
- Old settings auto-migrate to the new system
- 2-column layout to fit the expanded condition list
Custom Bars
- 3 distinct bar modes — Timer, Toggle, and Stack — selectable when creating or editing any bar
- Timer (purple): Countdown bar that expires after a set duration
- Toggle (cyan): Stays active until cancelled
- Stack (blue): Tracks generators and spenders with a fill bar
- 3 separate "New Bar" buttons — New Timer, New Toggle, and New Stack — each pre-configures the right settings
- Active bars summary now counts all 3 types separately
- Collapsible sections for Trigger & Duration and Cancel Settings keep the options panel clean
- 5 trigger types for Stack generators and spenders — Spell Cast, Aura Gained, Aura Lost, Glow Show, and Glow Hide
- Mix and match trigger types — use Spell Cast generators with Aura Lost spenders, etc.
- Generator and spender icons now show trigger type badges (A+, A-, G+, G-)
Bug Fixes
- Talent icons no longer drift after talent swaps — mutually exclusive icons (e.g. Halo/Void Torrent) stay where you put them
- Talent picker correctly identifies your active hero tree — non-chosen subtree nodes no longer show as active
- Choice talent nodes highlight only the chosen option — unchosen pick appears dimmed
- "No Desaturation" icons no longer flash gray on GCD or loot
- Proc and ready glows no longer get stuck when BigWigs is installed
- Fragmented segment fill no longer overflows border
- Switching display styles no longer hides the bar — background and borders properly restore
- Freeform icons can be dragged again — fixed an issue where dragging would snap icons back to their saved position
- Sliders no longer freeze when dragging — color pickers and other controls that need a panel refresh still update correctly
- Essence icon no longer shows a green square in the setup panel
- Extra tick mark at the bar edge removed — percent and custom tick modes no longer place a divider at the very end of the bar
Improvements
- Smooth Fill toggle now visible on Cooldown, Charge, and Timer bars
- Zero-CPU deactivation for spec/talent-hidden bars — all update scripts are cleared when bars are inactive
- Talent conditions UI unified across all options panels with a consistent layout
- Aura-based stack triggers are fully event-driven with zero CPU when idle
- Toggle mode no longer requires manually enabling "Unlimited Duration"
- Timer bar headers show mode-colored labels for quick identification
- Options panel reorganized — Style, gap, and layout settings moved to Fill; Color section is now strictly color-related
- Gradient toggle on its own row; direction dropdown renamed to "Gradient Direction"
