APMTracker-1.0
What's new
First release.
Live display
- Actions per minute on screen, refreshed five times a second
- The big figure is either the live rolling window or the running average of the current fight, switchable at any time, with the other shown small beside it
- Colour is a fixed one you pick, your class colour, or one that changes with how high the APM is
- Draggable and lockable, and the background can be switched off completely
- Font size, scale, live window length, and an optional combat-only mode
- Minimap button, plus a Data Broker source for Titan Panel and similar
Counting
- One action is one successfully completed cast, instant or hard cast, on or off the global cooldown
- Auto-attacks, failed casts and interrupted casts do not count, and a channel counts once at its start
- Duplicate events fired for a single cast are dropped
- Per-spell ignore list for hidden trigger spells, built from what /apm spells reports
Fight history
- Every pull recorded with its length, action count and average APM
- Boss fights store kill or wipe, difficulty and group size
- Combat segments less than five seconds apart are merged into one fight, and casts during that gap are counted in neither
- Fights in progress are drawn live
- Trend tab showing the last thirty fights as bars
Saved data
- Capped at 500 fights per character, of which the newest 20 keep their full timeline
- Fights over 2000 casts keep their summary and no timeline
- Clear history button in the window, and /apm purge for one character or all of them
- /apm size reports what is stored and roughly what it weighs
Diagnostics
- /apm what states exactly what is counted as an action
- /apm dbg prints the raw inputs and the resolved figure
- /apm force feeds synthetic casts in so the display can be checked without a fight
- /apm test runs an in-game suite of 202 tests
