• Fixed the progress bar appearing full at 0.0s while idle.
• The bar now initializes and resets to an empty state correctly.
• Moved the first-threshold tick onto the actual progress-bar overlay so it remains visible.
• Preset and second-threshold changes now immediately update the bar's min/max range.
• No changes to combat tracking logic, spell monitoring, warnings, or history.
