• Bump version to 6.0
  Update the addon version and simplify the author attribution in the options panel.

  Use empty tables when animal fact lists are nil so the options labels can display safely.

  Route instance chat requests to the instance channel and fix the options command's combat check and settings opener, with support for current and legacy WoW settings APIs.
• Expose addon config globals
  Make AnimalFacts, AC, and ACD global, and store the addon metadata lookup on AnimalFacts so other files can access them.
• Fix Lua syntax and format addon files
  Fix the missing comma between bird facts, add a Eurasian swift fact, and normalize formatting in the addon and options files.
• Ignore chat commands during combat
  Return early from chat message handling while in combat, preventing command processing during encounters.
• Fix options table registration
  Register the options panel and AceConfig table with the add-on name, and retain the Blizzard category ID.
• Add repeat avoidance and refresh addon support
  Add configurable fact-repeat tracking, move settings into Options.lua, expand bird facts, and update the bundled Ace libraries for newer WoW clients.
