Added fishing pools data and UI

  • Fish grid now indicates fish that appear in pools
  • Fish info now has updated Fish buffs and a new "has fishing pools" icon
  • Zones List now displays pool counts when available.
  • Zone Info now has a mode toggle button.
    • When in pool mode the fish list and zone list will be sorted by pool count 
    • When in open water mode the fish list and zone list will be sorted by catch rate
