* Different fix for the Onyxia's Lair not being discovered issue. Now also
  checking for raid discovery when targeting mobs inside raids. This will
  now make Onyxia's Lair get discovered when you target the first mob inside.

* Fix issue of not discovering Onyxia's Lair.
  The game doesn't provide the usual zone change notification when entering the
  raid instance for some reason, so this is a work-around for that.
