feat(members): read professions from guild notes (F-133)
The members page shows the professions a public or officer note names, such as "Alchi 300 / Kräuter", for guild members without Amisia, and adds those the recipe exchange does not know; the tooltip says they come from the note, and the profession filter finds them.
