Simple addon for paladin's Holy Power. Do nothing for other classes

Description
This addon is purely vide-coded and made for my own use, so be aware
SImple addon which shows Holy Power as simple number above a character (or anywhere tbh)
Yellow number from 1-4 hp and red at 5
Pretty sure holy power is hard coded as same as numbers so it won't work for other classes
There are some options on /asp command
