    - Having the .pkgmeta point to the branch of AceLocale-3.1 caused it to blow up.  Or go insane.  I blame Torhal.
    - When moved to AceLocal 3.1 I forgot to update the .pkgmeta somehow.  Pointing to Mikk's branch version.
