Track bags and inventory, rested XP, attunements, and professions, and assign default mail recipients per item category across all your characters.
You can group your servers in to clusters, so you can mail bankers between clustered servers.
You can see other characters by selecting them in the dropdown menu.

A virtual banker is a reference to a character on another account. You can mail virtual bankers on the same cluster / realm as you.
You can see the conetnt of your bags and bank - also on your alts.
