Alt+Z Hardcore Classic Era v1.2.7b (Challenge Modal + Late Start + Window Fixes) — Chat-Specific Changelog

New / Improved Features:

• UHC channel handling: now automatically rejoins [uhc] on /reload or login without leaving the chat.

• Late Start detection improved — displays correct modal for characters starting above level 1.

• Stats window toggle (minimize/maximize) fixed and reliably updates XP, kills, and session time.

• Delayed hardcore mode activation ensures compatibility with Ultra Hardcore addon and avoids UI flashes.

Bug Fixes / Improvements:

• All action bars (including side and numbered bars) are now correctly hidden in hardcore mode.

• Bottom action bars, microbar, and other UI frames no longer interfere with chat frames.

• Frame hiding logic now safely ignores chat frames (keeps chat intact) using:

   

  if f ~= ChatFrame1 and f ~= ChatFrameDockManager then f:SetParent(HardcoreHideParent) end

• Combat log and XP tracking now work reliably across reloads and level-ups.

• Minimap and nameplate toggling respects resting zones without affecting chat.

Quality of Life:
