Track mailbox snapshots across characters with estimated expiry countdowns, attached gold totals and partial-data warnings.
Alt Mail Watch helps you review mailbox expiry estimates across your characters.
Open each character's mailbox and wait for its inbox list to load. The addon saves a local summary: loaded mail count, reported total count, attached gold, earliest known expiry and scan time. It does not store senders, subjects or message bodies.
Commands
/amw - open all saved character snapshots
/amw days 3 - set the login warning window (1-30 days)
The refresh button works when a mailbox is open and its list has loaded.
Important limits
Offline data is a snapshot, not a live mailbox. Unloaded mail or unknown expiry is marked as partial; unseen mail may expire sooner. Expired estimates remain visible so you can verify them in game. The addon never opens mail bodies, collects attachments, sends or deletes mail. Login warnings only work while the game is running.
Version 1.0.0 is an early Beta targeting Retail 12.1.0 and 12.0.7. Simulated-API checks completed; live-client verification remains pending. English and Simplified Chinese UI, account-local SavedVariables, no external dependencies. Installation and manual tests are included in README.md.
