• Added promote/demote system routing to the same selected chat frame, if on
• Added character-specific DB + save/load profiles UI + slash commands for profiles & settings.
• Optimized: avoid re-initializing profile dropdown from UpdateOptionsUI; use a refresh helper instead.
• Optimized dropdown refreshing to avoid repeated re-initialization.
• Safer promote/demote formatting (handles varying placeholder counts).
