• [Contrib] Fixed multiple simultaneous dialogs not being sent to chat properly (reports also have a 0.5 sec delay after being triggered rather than 0.25)

  • Exo Note: I was triggered because phasing into those areas was showing Eversong Woods and Zul'Aman, rather than their proper respective names because Blizzard didn't properly name them internally.
• Added 2 more sourcequests for Request of the Arcantina (could be one/either, but this is safe, at least)
• Bump builds of anniversary 2.5.6.68575 and MOP 5.5.4.68571 (#2459)
• Bumped build to 12.0.7.68453
• Added some HQTs.
• Added more items to 'Knocking Off the Top (Heroic!)' quest, since Blizzard can't figure out modID of quest rewards.
• Add new quests, update some vendor costs
