Trying to get the packager to display the correct release in the Curse client.

- Still trying to get around the packager problems.
- Touch the TOC so that I have something to push (bis).
- Touch the TOC so that I have something to push.
- touch to generate the package again.
- Ajusted the TOC Version and added a tool in the .pkgmeta
