Add Great Lift support, fix compact UI bugs, improve sync system

- Add Great Lift (Barrens/Thousand Needles) with dual-platform compact UI
- Dual vertical bars track each platform's physical height (East/West)
- West bar now clickable with half-cycle offset for correct sync
- Replace cogwheel icon with speaker+waves icon, add "Say warning" tooltip
- Fix tofu/missing glyph labels: use WoW-safe characters for arrow markers
- Fix zone transition flicker: respect alwaysCompact during subzone changes
- Make alwaysCompact and alwaysShowUI mutually exclusive in settings
- Remove guild sync (unused), add debugChannel flag for sync verification
- Death detection and blocklist support for all tracked lifts
