Talent helper: boss portraits

• Raid boss portraits now actually appear. The Encounter Journal only lists the raids of the selected tier, so the lookup selects the right tiers (both the current season and the expansion's own tier), reads the portraits and puts your tier back exactly as it was.
• The Adventure Guide is no longer force-loaded — those journal functions work without it, and loading it was quietly consuming the guide's tutorial state.
• Portraits are wide (2:1) images, so they are centre-cropped instead of squashed into the square row icon.
• Nothing runs during combat or while your Adventure Guide is open; if the lookup has to wait, the rows repaint themselves shortly after instead of keeping the placeholder until you reopen the panel.
