VoiceOver Data - TBC (Russian) — v1.4

Compatibility hardening for TBC Classic Anniversary (and future patches).

- TOC interface set to 110000 (high "always-load" value) so the pack is
never flagged "Out of date" and never auto-disabled — on the current
2.5.5 client or any future patch (2.5.6, Wrath, etc.). This matches the
official reference data packs and removes the need to rebuild the pack on
every client patch.
- Added AI_VoiceOver_112 to OptionalDeps and a DataModule-Maps list, for
parity with the reference packs.
Why this matters
----------------
Previously the pack shipped with an old interface number (2.4.0 era), so
the client marked it out-of-date and disabled it after launch. With it
disabled, the core AI_VoiceOver player loaded with almost no data, so only
a fraction of quests were voiced. This release fixes that at the root.
Notes

- Requires the core "AI_VoiceOver" player addon (this is a data module).
- Works with the current TBC Anniversary player (e.g. AI VoiceOver TBC
Anniversary). Install the player, then drop this data pack alongside it.
- Supported game version on CurseForge: Burning Crusade Classic 2.5.5.
