AHWhisper v1.7.0 introduces significant improvements to Auction House pricing integration, market data transparency, item validation, and request management.

This update expands compatibility with Auctionator and TradeSkillMaster (TSM), introduces pricing-data freshness indicators, and improves the overall reliability and usefulness of automated price requests.

Auction House Pricing & Data Integration

Auctionator Improvements

• Added support for Auctionator v341 scan-age information.

• Integrated GetAuctionAgeByItemLink() to retrieve item-specific pricing-data age.

• Integrated TimeOfLastGetAllScan to calculate elapsed time since the most recent full Auction House scan began.

• Introduced human-readable timestamps for easier interpretation of pricing-data age.

• Improved timestamp handling to automatically omit unavailable information.

• Standardized Auctionator's timestamp label to "AH data updated:" for clearer presentation.

• Preserved existing Auctionator pricing functionality and compatibility.

TradeSkillMaster (TSM) Integration

• Expanded integration with TradeSkillMaster v4.14.78.

• Added support for displaying the age of TSM's AuctionDB pricing data.

• Established DBMarket as the primary TSM pricing source.

• Added DBRecent as a fallback when DBMarket information is unavailable.

• Introduced an optional TSM compatibility patch that exposes AuctionDB update timestamps to AHWhisper.

• Improved pricing-source identification in automated replies.

Request Management & Spam Protection

• Increased the per-player price-request cooldown from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.

• Introduced automatic cooldown notifications when players submit requests before their cooldown expires.

• Added remaining-cooldown calculations so players know when they can submit another request.

• Improved request handling to reduce unnecessary repeat whispers and chat spam.

Item Validation & Auction House Restrictions

Introduced additional item-validation checks to identify items that may be ineligible for Auction House sale.

New checks include:

• Bind on Pickup (BoP) items

• Conjured items

• Lockboxes

• Limited-duration items

When an item is identified as restricted, AHWhisper responds with an explanatory message instead of returning potentially misleading market pricing information.

Chat Response Improvements

• Expanded automated price replies to include available pricing-data age information.

• Improved formatting and readability of Auction House pricing responses.

• Added clearer identification of pricing sources, including Auctionator and TSM DBMarket.

• Standardized timestamp presentation across supported pricing integrations.

• Improved handling of missing or unavailable pricing and timestamp information.

Pricing-data timestamps reflect the information exposed by the respective pricing addon. Auctionator's full-scan timestamp records when the scan began, while TSM's timestamp reflects its realm pricing-database update. These values do not necessarily represent the exact moment an individual item's price last changed.

Testing Status: Source-level integration completed; full in-game validation remains pending.
