AFK Timer 30 Minutes
A simple timer showing time left before AFK disconnection, which resets on character move/casts, with audible/visual warning

- **1.2.0** - Enhanced alarm sounds: plays twice at 00:30, then every 5 seconds until 00:05, then every second. Changed 2-minute warning to amber color with standard flashing. Added quick test commands /at 1 and /at 2
