Content for the In-Flight Entertainment Console (I.F.E.C./N.I.F.E.C.) module of the Aether UI addon.
Updated with new editions seasonally.
A content pack for AetherUI's In-Flight Entertainment Console. Twelve tracks, 44:19 of music, and four magazines to leaf through while the griffin does the work.
Requires AetherUI. This pack is the content; the console that plays it lives in AetherUI. On its own it does nothing.
What is in it
Take a flight and the console comes up on its own, times itself to your route, and stops when you land — unless you tell it not to. It plays on the ground too, from the AetherUI Toolbox, where it goes by N.I.F.E.C. The "N" stands for "Not".

| No One Tells an Orc to Sit Down | The Skullsplitters | 3:30 |
| Spark and Spanner | Whizzbang and the Fumbling Cogs | 3:40 |

| The Dead Still Dream | The Pale Hours | 3:50 |

The magazines
Four issues, eight pages each, of thoroughly disreputable Azerothian print:
- Gear & Grimoire — Sparks & Shrapnel Special Edition
- Hey There! — Unaffiliated Lifestyle Journal No. 1
- The Lion's Tongue — Society Edition No. 112
- The Orgrimmar Ogler — Issue 37
More packs coming soon...
Pause actually works
Classic's sound engine has no pause. So every track ships cut into three-second pieces with a quarter-second crossfade baked into each boundary, and the console chains them — which means stop and resume land within three seconds of where you were, and you should not be able to hear a single join. That is 889 files for twelve tracks, and it is the only way this works at all.
Credits
Everything here was generated by DrVeoj with commercial AI tools, on paid subscriptions that grant the rights to publish the results. No third-party or rights-managed music, artwork or writing is included, and the individuals, bands and publications are invented.
- Music & Podcasts — Created using ElevenLabs Music, on a Pro plan, whose terms permit "all online and offline commercial use except film, TV, radio and Studio Games". This pack is none of those.
- Magazines — written with ChatGPT Plus (OpenAI), which assigns the user their rights to all outputs; illustrated and laid out with Midjourney on a paid plan, whose terms read: "You own all Assets You create with the Services to the fullest extent possible under applicable law."
The same text ships as CREDITS.txt inside the pack.
Install
Drop the AetherUI_IFEC_Vanilla folder into
World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\
next to AetherUI, and start the game. Nothing to configure — the pack registers itself with the console, and the console lists whatever packs it finds.
