AetherForge Guild Manager

Run your whole guild from one window, built for WoW: Forever and Classic Era.

Type /afgm or click the minimap button. Every button and box explains itself when you hover over it. Officer tools are hidden from regular members, and the addon never posts in public chat.

What sets it apart

• A guild bank ledger that never forgets. The game only remembers about 25 bank entries. The addon keeps every deposit and withdrawal per member, permanently.
• Guild dues that track themselves. Set an amount per rank, and deposits count automatically. Overpayments carry over, alts count toward their main, and officers see who owes at a glance.
• In-game guild applications. Players without a guild can apply from inside the game. Class, level, role and answers to your questions land in your Applicants tab, and the player gets a receipt.
• Guild rankings. See how your guild compares to others by raid bosses killed and by gear.

Recruiting and applicants

• Applicant tracker: New, Interview, Trial, then Accepted or Declined
• Officer notes, Yes / No / Unsure votes, and a trial countdown with reminders
• Up to five application questions of your own, including an optional Warcraft Logs link
• Recruiting guilds show up for players looking for a guild, and "Ask a player" finds a guild you saw in Trade chat or on Discord
• Recruiter: finds players without a guild and invites them, one click at a time as the game requires

Raiding

• Event calendar with sign-ups and raid roles (Tank, Healer, DPS), shown in everyone's local time
• Raid planner: fill a raid from sign-ups in one click, with role counts and missing-utility warnings
• Attendance: automatic snapshots at the start, at every boss kill and at the end
• Combat logging for Warcraft Logs, switched on and off for you
• Loot Council or DKP with bidding, loot history, and member wishlists

Your guild at a glance

• Overview: activity, class and level makeup, raid progress, upcoming birthdays and guild anniversaries
• Guild Hero of the Week, voted by your members
• Roster with inactivity filters, a Raider tag, and promotion suggestions based on your own rules
• Professions: see everything a member can craft, or ask who can make an item
• Alt linking, shared officer notes, and item level on item tooltips

How the rankings spread

Chat channels in WoW: Forever don't reach every player, so the addon passes rankings and recruiting news by word of mouth. Addon users you group with become contacts, contacts quietly swap news and introduce each other, and your guild shares what any member learns. It's all invisible. The more players use the addon, the faster everything reaches everyone.

FAQ

Does everyone in the guild need the addon?
No. Officers get the roster, bank ledger, dues and planner on their own. Features that collect from members, such as sign-ups, wishlists and the Overview, fill in as more members install it.

Does it post anything in public chat?
No. Everything travels as hidden addon messages that only other users of the addon receive.

Does it work in Classic Era?
Yes, it's the same download. Classic Era has no guild bank, so dues mailed or traded to an officer or a named dues collector, such as a bank alt, count instead.

Can my guild stay out of the rankings?
Yes. The Guild Master can hide the guild with one click.

Is it free?
Yes.

Good to know

• WoW: Forever doesn't let addons promote, demote or edit ranks, so rank permissions are view-only there. They work normally in Classic Era.
• WoW: Forever's raids open December 9, so raid-night features will get their first real raid test then. Please report anything odd in the comments.
• Built to run alongside other guild and loot addons. It doesn't take over the guild window or any keys.
