Instance Journal (Forever)

⚠️ About the new languages. The German, French and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) translations were drafted with AI (Claude) and have not yet been checked by native speakers. Expect some awkward or wrong words, names that differ from Blizzard's own, and a few lines still in English. If you play in one of these languages, corrections are very welcome: open an issue or a pull request on GitHub, or tell us on Discord. The Russian translation is Staree4ok's own work and is not affected.

Added

• German, French, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese: the journal follows a game client set to any of them, its interface and its content (dungeons, bosses, abilities, quests and places), drafted as the note above says. A few of the newest lines (the minimap button, working with Pawn, the options) are still in English.
• /aegis lang to see a translation on any client: /aegis lang de, fr, ru, cn or tw shows the journal's own words in that language from your next /reload (the game's names stay your client's), and /aegis lang off goes back.
• Dungeon rooms and areas in your language: "you are here", recorded areas and zone levels match the client's own area names in every language, not English ones only.

Changed

• Russian: the rooms inside dungeons and the /aegis areas messages are translated too.

Install

Unzip, put the Aegis_Forever_Instance_Journal folder in World of Warcraft/_classic_beta_/Interface/AddOns/, then restart the game fully.
