Added new options to control the visibility of profession skill lines:

Enchanting

Jewelcrafting

Milling (Mists of Pandaria only)

Standardized all skill line options to use “Hide … skill line” behavior:

  • When enabled → the skill line is hidden
  • When disabled → the skill line is shown

Skill line visibility is now fully independent from the drop display settings
