Added tracker for total stacks of Ironfur

Now properly removes all stacks when going into Moonkin form, or Cat form for elune's Chosen

Guardian of Elune now properly tracks.

This is probably my last iteration of the addon. SimpleIronfurTracker is still putting out updates if you're looking for something newer. Thanks for the support and I hope its helped!
