Small fixes and optimizations.

Adirelle:
    - Do not try to embed AceEvent-3.0 at addon and module creation.
    - Removed an unused method.
    - Config: removed the empty "general" panel and show module panels as tabs.
    - Do not use AceEvent-3.0 anymore.
    - Directly define slash commands instead of using AceConsole-3.0.
    - Localized most globals and fixed a leaked global.
    - Fixed a typo in Auras.lua resulting in a weird call to a global d function.
