Fixed Marksmanship.

Adirelle:
    - Marksmanship: use Aimed Shot as a focus dump when over 50% haste.
    - Attempt to use Aimed Shot as a focus dump with Rapid Fire or Bloodlust.
    - Properly handlee free Aimed Shots.
    - Properly handle Ancient Hysteria with regard to others bursts and the associated debuffs.
    - Postpone RapidFire during haste bursts (Bloodlust & al).
    - Properly detect CarefulAim.
    - Fixed an error with Markmanship.
    - Do not try to synchronize Stampede with Rapid Fire.
    - Do not bother people with Hunter's Mark, as it will be applied by other shots.
    - Removed Readiness.
    - TOC bump.
