    - Banish cannot be broken, so never announce it is broken.
    - Use an exhaustive list of combat events to filter by source.
    - Do our best to find who breaks resilient spells.
    - Send less update events.
    - Fixed a "nil function" error.
    - Better handling of spells with upgradable duration and resilient spells.
    - Alerts: fixed a regression where "removed" alerts were sent even if there was another spell on the target.
    - Alerts: disable "applied" and "removed" messages by default, as they are a bit spammy.
    - Improved table recycling.
